Personnel
All of our personnel including service workers are full time employees of HSG, Inc. and are fully covered by our Worker’s Compensation insurance. We provide our workers with incentive programs and additional benefits to ensure quality personnel. Many staff members have been with the company for 10, 15 and 20 or more years.

Hector S. Garcia, President
Hector founded HSG, Inc. in 1980. As the company expanded, he used his hands-on expertise to train each new hire in safety and diligence, instilling the company’s values early on. HSG, Inc. grew steadily each year as Hector brought on a larger staff to accommodate increasing sales. Now, with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County and a strong hold on the commercial property market, the company is enjoying solid success and the support of a long-standing, dedicated team of employees. Hector now looks forward to the continued development of HSG, Inc. as the industry expert in curtain wall maintenance.

Michael J. Prestridge, General Manager
Mike Prestridge joined HSG, Inc. in 1997 after a substantial career in property management. A native of Southern California, Mike managed several prominent locations before taking on the role of General Manager at HSG, Inc. His industry perspective and aptitude for leadership made him a valued addition. Mike now oversees all operations of HSG and is involved in several industry organizations. At home, Mike enjoys family outings with his four sons.

Steven Williams, Director of Operations
Steven Williams joined the HSG team in February 2009, with 12 years experience in Sales, Service and Operations Management. Through proper use of technology, equipment and superior staff training, my goal is to increase our efficiency to give us the opportunity to continue delivering “5 Star Service” while quickly adjusting to the needs of our customers. "It's no secret that HSG is the best in quality. But in today's environment being the best in quality just isn’t good enough...you also have to provide excellent customer service and cost effective choices for your customers".

Christine A. Johnson, Controller
Christine joined the HSG team in February of 2004, bringing to the table over 20 years of accounting and operations experience. Having managed office operations in fields ranging from the automotive industry, bio-technology firms, and the world of video games, her diverse skill set has been a nice addition to the HSG family. Christine handles all matters financial, oversees client billings, and office operations. An animal rights advocate, Christine is also the financial advisor to Friends of Culver City Animals and a volunteer for the spcaLA. Christine and her husband are now enjoying being new parents, with a beautiful daughter who just celebrated her first birthday.

Liz Delgado, Assistant Controller
Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Liz Delgado began working for HSG, Inc. in 1992 after a career in accounting in the apparel industry. A fast learner, Liz was promoted in just two months; she has since become Assistant Controller and is responsible for human resources and operational functions. Liz lives in Alhambra with her husband and daughter.

Julissa Paiz,
IT Manager & Client Services Support
Julissa Paiz was hired as Assistant Scheduler in 2001 and quickly worked her way into a position as the head of the scheduling department. As HSG, Inc. implemented new technology, Julissa proved to be an invaluable source as the office’s tech guru. She now manages the HSG, Inc. information systems, while also performing client services functions such as proposal creation. Julissa raises her two children in her native Southern California.

Elena Braggs, Accounting
Elena, a long-time resident of Los Angeles, was hired by HSG, Inc. in 2000. She began her career in the insurance industry, eventually joining the company as the head of AP/AR. Elena oversees accounting activities throughout HSG, Inc.

Senior Client Services Representative
A Los Angeles native, Judith formerly worked in the credit department for a painting company before joining HSG, Inc. in 2005. As a senior representative, Judith oversees the client services department and is responsible for the following: Proposal creation, coordination of services, building and equipment certification, insurance certificates, permits, and service budgets. Judy lives with her husband and three children in Los Angeles.

Amanda Ibarra, Client Services Scheduler
Amanda joined HSG, Inc. in 2006. Originally from Barstow, CA, she previously worked in the child development field. She built her sales skills with L3-Communications and Power Magnetics before becoming a part of HSG’s team. Amanda handles proposal creation, coordination of services, building and equipment certification, insurance certificates, permits, and service budgets as part of the client services department. She and her family live in Los Angeles and enjoy sports and traveling together.

Lupe Sanchez,

Lupe was hired on with HSG, Inc. in 2007. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Lupe worked in telecommunications before joining the Client Services department at HSG, Inc. Jose Luis Sanchez,
Field Operations Manager
Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Jose Luis moved to California in 1984. He joined HSG, Inc. as a window washer in 1986 and now oversees a field staff of nearly one hundred people. Among Jose Luis’s responsibilities are directing all field operations and managing HSG’s safety training program. He is also certified by the IWCCI. Jose Luis lives in Carson with his wife and three children.

Ramon Sanchez, Field Specialist
Ramon Sanchez was the first person hired by HSG, Inc. in 1981. Today, he remains a dedicated employee who has seen the company evolve from day one. Ramon met company founder Hector Garcia years ago while working in a similar industry. "Hector hired me to work side by side with him and we've been a team ever since!" Ramon oversees the company’s bird control services, Bird Busters, and the Denka Lift services. He also manages various special projects. Ramon lives with his wife and four daughters in Los Angeles.

Oscar Sanchez, Field Supervisor
Oscar Sanchez has been a valued team member at HSG, Inc. since 1985. Born in Jalisco, Mexico, he moved to Los Angeles in 1981. After working in the retail and construction industries, Oscar decided to follow in the footsteps of his brother Ramon, who had worked at HSG, Inc. since 1981. Oscar oversees operations in Greater LA and throughout the state, conducting property evaluations and creating estimates for HSG, Inc.’s services. He is certified by the IWCCI. He lives with his wife and four children in North Hollywood.

Mario Trujillo, Field Supervisor
Born in Guerrero, Mexico, Mario Trujillo moved to Los Angeles in 1987 and went to work for a local window cleaner. He was first introduced to HSG, Inc. in 1996 when an employee saw him washing windows without a harness and immediately suggested that he call Hector Garcia about a job working in a safer environment. "I was relieved to begin working for a company that makes safe practices a top priority," says Mario, who is also certified by the IWCCI. He now supervises in Greater LA and California, and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.

Manny was born in Jalisco, Mexico. He moved to California and spent several years in the hospitality industry before beginning a career with HSG, Inc. Manny supervises operations in Greater Los Angeles. He currently resides in Alhambra with his wife and daughter.

Geronimo Sanchez, Field Supervisor South
Geronimo grew up working on his family's farm in Jalisco, Mexico and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 15. In 1987 Geronimo joined HSG, Inc. and has been a valued employee ever since. Geronimo oversees operations for HSG South, from Long Beach to San Diego and the Inland Empire. He lives with his wife and two boys in Los Angeles.

Seth Foster, (Retired)
Seth joined HSG, Inc. with much experience already under his belt. Prior to HSG, Inc. he worked for another window washing company for twelve years, and as technical director and public spokesperson for Bird Barrier America for three. When Seth decided to finish his career in 2008, he was overseeing HSG South and Bird Busters. He now is retired in Northern California and will be greatly missed at HSG, Inc.

Laura Dambrosio joined HSG, to lead our Business Development and Marketing efforts, in April of 2008. Hailing from Northern California, she attended San Diego State University and graduated with degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications. On 6/26/09 Laura resigned from our company, she had a remarkable opportunity to travel around the world, she will be missed dearly. |
