For scratches, graffiti, and acid-etching on windows, HSG provides Scratch-Off:
• Buffing of glass removes most scratches
• Removal of scratches is usually cheaper than replacing the glass
• We remove old, worn graffiti film
• We install new graffiti film to protect against future scratches

Light Scratch- Fingernail does not catch in groove; appears light in color.	Medium Scratch- Fingernail slightly catches in groove; appears white in color and edges are slightly rough.	Heavy Scratch- Fingernail catches immediately in groove; appears white in color and edges are jagged.	Acid Etching- Use of acid solution burns through glass to leave a milky white stain.
How our Services Work: Procedures of scratch removal and film installation: • We use a vacuum-sealed glass buffer on the glass surface to remove the damage or graffiti from the surface • The surface is then cleaned and a 6 mil, clear graffiti film or solar film is applied to the glass • When scratches are made in the protective film, it can be easily moved by our glass professionals • Passers-by will not be aware of the film’s presence or be able to easily remove it, minimizing the amount of damage done to the protected surface
