Liability Insurance: At HSG, Inc. we believe if an incident were to occur to damage equipment or building structure, and/or to injure a pedestrian or employee, the industry standard $1 million may not be sufficient. Therefore, we have chosen to carry $10 million in liability coverage. In addition, we provide full workers’ compensation coverage.

Integrity Bond: HSG, Inc. has also chosen to bond our employees up to $250,000.

This committee focused on revising all of California's laws pertaining to the permanent installations of swing stages and their uses, practice and proper procedures to provide a safer environment for employees.

Member, CAL-OSHA Advisory Sub-Committee: This committee wrote guidelines and secured approval of CDA (controlled descent apparatus) and counterweight systems by the California Safety Standards Board.

CAL-OSHA (1995-1997)
Member of the CAL-OSHA Advisory Committee: This committee focused on gaining public acceptance of new guidelines developed for (CDA) and counterweight systems which resulted in new laws that were made effective in August 1998.
